Sweet and Spicy Jicama Salad
This colorful, sweet and spicy Jicama salad includes very healthy Jicama which is very low in calorie content and very high in nutrients. It has many dietary fibers and rich in vitamins C and E. Its sweet and crispy nature makes it perfect for salads. Jicama here is combined with sweet and hot peppers with a tangy flavor of lemon and freshness of cilantro. This Salad works best as a side dish to any of your main course dish.

  1. Combine jicama, red bell peppers, cucumber, orange chunks, radishes, sweet yellow and orange peppers, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss well.
  2. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate till the flavors blend in properly. Around 30 mins. Serve and Enjoy.
