Sprouts are very healthy being rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Adding this healthy sprouts with other vegetables or fruits of your choice will increase its nutritional value. It is packed with fiber which makes it ideal for those who are trying to lose weight.

  1. Add salt to cucumber cubes and keep it aside for 10 mins. Strain water from the cucumber.
  2. Take a bowl and combine together grated carrot, cabbage, capsicum, cucumber, Sprouts, salt and coconut( if using ).
  3. Take a pan and heat at medium heat and add about 1/2 tsp of oil, add ginger and green chilies and saute for few seconds. Than add this to the above mixture and toss well.
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish it with cilantro and Serve.
  5. Tip: You can directly use raw sprouts or you can steam it in a steamer for just 5 minutes.
