A mix of fresh spring greens with crunchy almonds, soft feta cheese, crispy pear, sweet peppers flavored with a tangy lemony vinaigrette. This is a healthy, fresh and a super quick salad. You can use any greens of your choice in this salad

  1. First make the vinaigrette by taking olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly until blended well.
  2. Take a salad bowl, add spring greens, diced pear. Drizzle the dressing and toss the greens well. Then add almonds, feta cheese, sweet peppers just before serving.
  3. Tip: The spring greens include arugula and watercress. You can add any greens of your choice instead of these.
