Spinach and Chickpeas Salad
This Salad is a very healthy choice as it includes green spinach rich in iron combined with protein and fiber rich chickpeas. Minced garlic and cumin brings out a flavorful aroma in the salad which makes it a very tasty option of including spinach in your diet.

  1. Take a pan, add olive oil. Heat it on medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and then minced garlic.
  2. When garlic turns slight brown, add spinach and chick peas. Stir constantly until the spinach is cooked by covering the lid occasionally for 5-6 mins.
  3. Add salt and pepper and transfer in a serving bowl and serve immediately with crusty bread or brown rice or its good on its own too.
