Roasted Brussels sprouts and apples topped with sweet candied walnuts gives an amazing twist to this salad.This salad includes very few ingredients and is very quick and easy to make. You will definitely love this one!!
Take a big skillet and add butter and olive oil over medium heat.
Add Brussels sprouts and apple slices to it. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Add rosemary and mix. Let everything cook over medium flame and lid covered for 8-10 mins or until the sprouts are tender. Keep stirring occasionally.
For walnuts, take butter in a pan. Once the butter is melting, add sugars. Mix well until sugars are incorporated.
Add chopped walnuts and toss well such that all the walnuts are coated evenly with sugar for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Once the sprouts are tender, remove it from the flame and let it cool.
Transfer it to a serving bowl and top it with candied walnuts and serve immediately.
