Pineapple Salad
This is a delicious salad which include ingredients like pineapple, fresh lettuce, oranges, roasted nuts and coconut flakes, mild green onions topped with a kind of dressing that is tangy, fruity, little exotic and sweet. This amazing fusion of different tastes and textures will make this salad a fantastic one.

  1. Toast the nuts and coconut flakes lightly. To toast, take a nonstick pan and add nuts on a low flame. Stir till lightly roasted. It would take only a couple of minutes. Do the same with coconut flakes. Be careful and stir continuously as it easily gets burned.
  2. Take a deep bowl and add all the salad ingredients i.e chopped lettuce, pineapple cubes, orange segments, spring onions, bell pepper, toasted nuts and coconut flakes.
  3. Combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk well or an easy way is to take a mason jar and add all the dressing ingredients, seal and shake well. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve immediately. Make sure to add the dressing right before serving or else it will make the salad soggy if kept for longer.
