Multi Grain Salad
This salad is full of different flavors as it includes three different grains and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Honey-vinegar based dressing with chopped red onions adds a distinct flavor to the salad. This is a very healthy salad rich in fiber.

Instructions
  1. Take water in a saucepan. Add Wheat berries and salt. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add Brown rice and barley, cover and cook for another 50 minutes or until the grains are tender. Drain if any water is left.
  2. Make the dressing by adding all the dressing ingredients and whisk well till everything is mixed properly.
  3. Take a large bowl, add in the cooked grains and remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle half of the dressing and mix well. Refrigerate it for 1 hour. Drizzle more dressing if needed before serving. Toss and serve. You can store the cooked grains for several days in the refrigerator.
