How to Prepare Apple Pectin:
  1. Take 2 pound apple and 2.5 ltr water. Wash and core the apples and mince into small pieces.
  2. Add minced apple to boiling water and let it cook for 30 minutes by stirring continuously. Strain and store the prepared pectin in a jar.
Breakfast Preparation:
  1. Take 1 tbsp of apple pectin and mix it with yogurt and refrigerate it overnight. In the morning add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let the yogurt and oatmeal come to room temperature before mixing.
  2. Sprinkle it with dry fruits of your choice and enjoy.
