Fresh bright green beans, juicy cherry tomatoes and red onions together gives an appealing sight to the eyes. This salad is full of amazing flavors with crunchy tender beans marinated in a garlic balsamic dressing with a hint of lemon. Its an easy dish to bring up if you dont have much time to spend on cooking.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients until everything is mixed well.
Trim the edges of the green beans, wash and cut it into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces. Steam or boil it for 3-4 minutes or until crisp tender. Rinse well with cold water in a colander to stop further cooking, then pat dry.
Take a bowl, combine green beans, onion, tomatoes. Drizzle the dressing on top and toss gently. Refrigerate for an hour to marinate.
When ready to serve, sprinkle crumbled feta on top of it. Toss lightly and serve..
