Fruity Chick peas Salad
An interesting and a different combination of chick peas, fruits and veggies. Chick peas are stored with full of protein, calcium and iron. Tomatoes and oranges add vitamin C to the dish. You can add other fruits and vegetables of your choice like pomegranate, grapes, apple, kiwi etc. Just make sure not to add fruits like mangoes and bananas. This Salad can be enjoyed with a light main course at lunch time or anytime as a snack..

  1. Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients except salt and pepper. Let it chill in the refrigerator. Just before serving add salt and pepper and serve.
  2. Tip: You can use kidney beans also in place of chick peas.
