Many of us are always struggling to decide what to take for lunch. It should be easy to prepare, healthy and not boring too. Here comes the amazing idea of Mason Jar Salad which means salad in a jar that keeps your salad fresh. You can just make couple of jars, Store them in the fridge for 4-5 days and just can take it on the go. These are salads without any mess or sogginess, totally easy to carry, reusable and very fresh. Here is Walnut, Raddish and Apple Mason Jar Salad.

Instructions
  1. Prepare the dressing first by combining all the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake it thoroughly until blended well. This might get thick as time passes. Don't worry if its too thin at the beginning. This dressing would come for 3 times. So save the remaining for later use.
  2. Take a Mason jar, pour in the dressing first. ( the wet contents first ). Then layer the apples, radishes, celery and then walnuts in the same order. Now pack in the greens and seal the jar. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  3. You can keep it in fridge for 3-4 days. Before eating, Take a bowl or a plate, empty the contents of the jar. If the dressing is thickened add a small amount of warm water and close the lid and shake it well. Pour it on the salad. Toss lightly and you can enjoy it.
  4. Tip: Soak the apple slices in salty water for sometime to prevent browning.
