Bulgar Wheat, Honey and Walnuts Salad
This one is a sweet, nutty and a power house salad. Its healthy, packed with different textures and flavors.   1. Take a saucepan and melt the butter on low flame. Add onions and saute for about 20 mins on low flame by stirring occasionally by covering the lid.
  2. While the onions are sauteed, take another saucepan and bring water to a boil. Add bulgar wheat and salt and let it cook on medium flame until the grains are tender and soft enough to eat. Drain and let it cool for 15 mins.
  3. Once the onions are done, stir in the cooked grains and and mix well such that the butter is absorbed by the grains.
  4. Take a large mixing bowl. Combine grapes and edamame. Add cooled bulgur and walnuts. Whisk water and honey; pour over mixture and stir well. Add fresh baby spinach and crumbled blue cheese just before serving.
