Broccoli zucchini salad for weight loss
This Salad includes a variety of easily available fruits and veggies like healthy green broccoli, zucchini which is a great veggie for weight loss, fresh and light cucumber, crispy apple, carrots and different herbs which gives amazing flavors.   1. Take broccoli florets and corn, add salt and water. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep it aside to cool.
  2. Take a deep bowl add chopped zucchini, cucumber, carrot, apple, broccoli and corn. Sprinkle salt.
  3. Add mayonnaise, black salt, black pepper, thyme, basil, lemon juice and toss well. You can add these ingredients based on your personal preference.
  4. Top it with pomegranate seeds and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
